Mike (known to most in Delta Pi as “M.C.”) was a personable and exciting young man. Never one to follow the crowd, Mike as a true original. Taken from the world too soon, this post is in his memory.
Steve was an amazing friend, brother, husband, father, coach, and more. His infectious laugh and smile is his enduring legacy. His dry wit was always appreciated. A good man who will be sorely missed.
Another Delta Pi legend passes. If you didn’t know him…you want to. This tribute can never give you the full Galen experience, but you can at least see a little of what you missed, or if you did know him, you can hear his voice and relive some of this inspiring brothers life and times.

The Delta Pi Board has put some exciting new structures in place that will ensure our Brothers continue to have the absolute best Alumni support on the Bloomsburg University campus.
Founding brother #14, Jimmy Lee Rupert had a quiet demeanor and a hidden talent and persona. His brothers will miss him.
In 2015 Greek Alumni were asked by Bloomsburg University to select a person who best exemplified their organization and write a profile of that person. The profile was going to be published in a few University publications. The idea was to put a spotlight on the positive aspects of greek life, and how membership could lead to exciting lifestyles. This was our submission.
As is our tradition upon hearing of the passing of a brother, we post a tribute here with details of that persons life and an opportunity for brothers to post their own thoughts and condolences in the comments section.
IFC sports were very important in the late 1970’s and early 1980’s. As usual, Delta Pi wanted to lead the way. If you won the cup three times in a row, you could “retire” it to your own location. As a result, Delta Pi retired the IFC cup twice.
